The CP8300 is the mid-cut — sits about an inch above the ankle for a bit more lateral support and ankle coverage than the low-cut CP8101, without the full commitment of a 6-inch boot. Good option for carriers who've had ankle issues, work uneven terrain, or just prefer more support when they're on their feet for 8 hours.
CushGuard and DMXRide technology in the midsole — this is Reebok's name for their multi-density cushioning system that stays responsive over time rather than compressing flat after a few months like single-density EVA. Lightweight enough that you won't feel like you're dragging your feet by the end of a long route.
What sets it apart:
• Mid-cut construction — ankle coverage without full boot height
• CushGuard and DMXRide midsole technology — multi-density, long-lasting cushion
• Moisture-wicking interior lining
• Slip-resistant outsole — wet surfaces rated
• Lightweight construction for a mid-cut shoe
• USPS approved
Soft toe: The CP8300 is a soft toe, not a safety toe. If your station requires composite or steel toe, the CP8515 GORE-TEX boot is the option with composite toe protection.
Sizing: Runs true to size. The mid-cut collar has a slightly snug fit around the ankle — if you have wider ankles, go up a half size.
