The CP8115 is the waterproof version of the CP8101 — same athletic low-cut profile, same black leather upper, same work-platform construction, but with waterproof membrane protection that keeps your feet dry in rain, wet grass, and puddles. If you've been soaking through your shoes on rainy routes, this is the upgrade.
 
The extra $50 over the CP8101 buys you the waterproof membrane. If you work in a wet climate or your route has a lot of lawns to cut across in the morning dew, it's worth it. If you're in a dry climate and only see rain a few times a year, the CP8101 is probably enough.
