The fleece jacket is the mid-layer of the USPS outerwear system. Worn alone on mild days when the bomber is too much, or zipped inside the waterproof parka shell on cold and wet days to build a full insulating system. 100% polyester microfleece with a water-repellent finish — it won't soak through in light rain and it breathes enough that you don't overheat when you're moving.
 
Two interior storage pockets with brushed tricot lining for keeping hands warm, a pencil pocket, and the USPS high-intensity retro-reflective trim front and back. 28.5 inches in length, so it covers the waistband properly.
